Business Analysis Essentials

This instructor led course will help you to gain the foundation skills to perform the role of a business analyst (BA) in a variety of environments. Students will learn how to plan analysis activities as well as the basics of eliciting, analyzing, and writing requirements documentation. Learning how to verify and validate business requirements, gaining approval, managing these requirements through the project life cycle. Understanding the analysts role in the design, development, and testing phases of a project. Gaining perspectives through hands-on, interactive group activities led by subject matter experts, enhance your experience through videos, discussions, and reflections. Gathering tools, templates, and samples to continue the learning and practice experience in the workplace.
